Breast Procedures

Both cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery procedures are performed on the breast. Cosmetic procedures include augmentation, lift, lift with augmentation, and reduction with and without lift.

Breast reconstruction may be performed in the same operative session as the mastectomy (immediate) or any time after treatments for breast cancer have been completed (delayed). Reconstruction techniques include placing a silicon or saline implant or using the woman’s own tissue (autologous) to rebuild the breast mound.
