Dr. Sullivan offers her professional services to patients regardless of their insurance company or plan.

Insurance is typically not involved for purely cosmetic procedures since they are not covered under most plans.

If your insurance coverage is limited to in-network providers, it will pay only for those physicians who are under contract to your insurance company, and this make exclude Dr. Sullivan.  This does not mean you cannot choose Dr. Sullivan to perform your procedures – only that you will be responsible for payment.

If you have out of network benefits through your insurance plan we will be happy to help you submit the necessary forms for reimbursement of your medical costs.  The amount you can expect to receive varies greatly among carriers and plans and will depend on your specific policy.
